DESCRIPTION

  1. split the players into 2 teams of 5 with 1 team on each side of the center line
  2. Begin the play by passing the ball to the blue team
  3. As soon as the player has made first contact with the ball, 1 defender from the red team comes into blue teams half and attempt to gain possession in a 5 v 1 situation.
  4. Blue team must connect 3 passes to earn a point, once they are successful they must pass the ball to the red teams half to begin another 5 v 1 situation with red team having possession and 1 player from blue team defends.
  5. If defender wins the ball, the play is dead and is now possession of the other team
