DESCRIPTION

  1. Gk will jump sideways with both feet over the rubber band(waist height)
  2. After he lands on the other side of the rubberband. Gk willgo to a push up position and roll underneath the rubber band back where Gk starts
  3. Server willtry to shot low targets the dummy
  4. Gk will needs to recover quickly after the roll over to react to the ball by making a collapse save or a low stretch dive to save the ball cleanly.
  • 6-8 repetitions on both side
  • 3-4 Sets
  • Varies the shooting height to increase the difficulties
