In this drill you split the participants in half and call one group number 1 and the other group number 2's.
The distance of the ball travel will be 10 meters,If a pair are very good at this drill make them use their weaker foot. If this is still too easy then extend the distance to 15 meters.
The distance between each pair to avoid the participants from getting in the way of another pair will be 5 meters apart.
As the coach you will have to make sure that all of the participants are completeing the passing technique correctly. If a participant is struggling then you will have to break down the technique so the technique is easier to perform.
If most of the group are struggling the coach will have to stop the session and break down the technique step by step.
