Start with player on outside of circle (blues and red play separately). Players feeds first blue. Players inside the circle make three passes avoding the reds and then make a pass out to second player on outside. Once player receives the ball he moves into the area with the player passing to him moving out. Work the ball over to the other outside player.
Progress to using one ball with teams trying to get the ball off the other team.
Players on the outside don't have to stay in the same place (where can they move to make pass easier).
