There are two warm up games in this sketch. the one on the top is where the attackers have to dribble the ball past the defenders to the other side but cant loose the ball, while on the other side of the pitch there are three attackers and four defenders and one of the attackers on the far side has to cross the ball into the box and they have to try and score and the defenders have to get the ball out, once it has ben crossed in once you switch the polayer that crosses the ball to another attacker. once everyone on one team has crossed the ball the defenders and attackers switch roles, so the attackers will defend and the defenders will attack.
