This is a session finisher and is designed to be played at the end of a passing and moving or defensive pressure session. It is a fun game and brings an element of competition to the group.
Each player has their own goal they have to defend but they must also work as part of the team to press the opposition and win the ball to score.
Try to encourage correct closing down and approaching from side on. The team must press together and consider the dirrection they force the player with the ball.
