SSG

  • 6 v 6 or 8 v 8
  • Nominate wall players ( Depending on numbers)
  • The team in possession aims to score by stopping the ball within the end zone.
  • Wall players are to switch with the player who passed the ball to them as illustrated in the diagram.
  • The coach feeds the ball to the team in possession.

Coaching Points

  • Encourage quick movement.
  • Encourage awareness of player positioning.
  • Possession must be maintained through swift passing and movement.
  • Communication is key.
