DESCRIPTION

Each group has max. of 4 players. In pairs, they stand opposite of one another. First player starts off with the ball. Player dribbles directly towards the yellow pole/cone and executes a step-over to dribble past successfully.

Points:

  • Bring non-standing foot over the ball and step at the side of the ball. Push the ball to the opposite direction using the outside part of the foot
  • Distance to execute step-over
  • Going diagonal after step-over
  • Trying both left and right

Drill Challenge:

  • Player earns 1 point for every successful step-over and dribbling past the pole/cone
  • Avoid hitting the cones/pole. Player has to perform knee to the chest 5 times if ball hits the cone/pole
