2x4 groups. 1 ball at each of the 2 groups. Player dribbles through cones, plays a pass and follows their pass. The person receving the ball then takes their turn to dribble through the cones and play the pass.
Players must be on their toes. Inside of the foot, along the ground when passing, must put a name on the pass and shout when receiving.
