DESCRIPTION

Organisation

  • 4 teams of 3 players
  • Servers positioned in either grid outside box
  • strikers positioned 15-20m from the edge of the box
  • server plays a long pass to striker, who runs with the ball in to the shooting zone and shoots
  • players return to their grid
  • players rotate

  • Quality of lofted pass
  • Running with the ball
  • striking techniques
  • assess the goalkeepers position
