Players go 1v1 in the middle of a grid
One player is attacking for 45 seconds one is defending - switch roles.
Defending players look look win possession of the ball and pass it to their colour (target player) standing between two cones
Progression -
1. When the defender wins the ball they can pass it off to their team mate and the TP becomes the attacker
2. 2v2 defending - Pressure and cover - look to win the ball and play out to target players
1. Delay the player (Jockey)
- defensive stance
2. Don't jump in (stay on your toes)
3. Reconizing when to go in and win the ball and look to get it away from pressure.
