A player starts with the ball at a cone, passes to their partner at another cone (1) then runs to another cone that is vertically opposite their partner (2). The player with the ball then passes the ball tho their player (3), that player takes a step or two forward and shoots (4).
The player who passes the ball to their partner (3), needs to pass accurately and with power so it's a short, fast pass. The player who then shoots needs to make sure they are using the proper technique (shoe laces to shoot, not side of foot like a pass), as well as proper power. This drill should be quick and both players should constantly be aware. In order to increase the intensity, a goal keeper could be added and then afterwards, a defender too depending on the players skill level.
