Shooting Practice - Players are split into 4 groups plus 4 keepers, 2 on one pitch 2 on other. set up two cones, one 6-8 yards from goal the other 15 yards from goal, Players line up at the furthest cone and one at a time dribble up to the second cone and shoot on goal. Player get his ball and joins the other line on the same pitch. As progression players have to altinate using right and left foot, flick ball out to right or left then shoot and take any rebounds.
Waves - Split players into 6 groups, 3 go on one pitch 3 on the other. Teams then get split again one team on one side of pitch, the other two on the other side. On command one team sets of together passing and moving down the pitch, every player has to touch the ball at least once, then they shoot for goal, once they are done they stay on that side of the pitch and another team goes and so on. Encourage teamwork and communication, using full width of pitch. as progession add shots have to be one touch from cross and two teams going at same time.
