setup 2 corridors either side of the pitch as shown, The winger will run up the wing using as few touches as possbile .At the last 2 blue cones the winger will attempt to cross the ball to the oncoming striker.
The striker will begin his run once the winger has passed the 3rd cone. when the winger crosses the ball the goallie will nominate a goal post & the stiker will aim for that corner of the goal. once completed the players retrieve the ball and go back to the start position.
After the striker has taken their shot, the Winger on the other side will begin their drill
encourage winger to take least amount of touches on ball as possible and use long runs, encourage first time crossing without stopping the ball
