1. Start of with just normally dribbling through the gate.
2. Progress to adding in a blocker or 2. Give them a choice on how many they want as blockers.
For more developed players try to make them use their weaker foot to challenge them.
For less developed players try to make them get used to touching the ball when dribbling through the gate.
Blockers in the 2nd progression must have there ball with them at all times so that they are then challenged
