1 - Heading in 3's. Servers both ends. Player in the middle heads the bal back, turns and repeats.
2. Chest and turn. Player in the middle takes the ball on the chest, brings it downs, turns and passes behind.
3. Side step volley pass. Player in the middle gets nearer the server and plays a sidestep volley back to them. Runs to the other end to repeat.
4. Long ball - in 3s create a triangle and play lofted passes to eachother. Control the ball from the air and bring it down and pass back.
