All players start with a ball inside the area
On coaches call of go - all players attempt to steal each others balls and kick them in one of the 4 goals whilst also looking after their own ball
The coach starts as the defender to get the game going
If your ball is stolen and kicked into a goal you then become a defender until there is only one player left. They are the winner
Reset game and play again
Encourage close ball control - if the ball is close to your body you can defend it
Use body to shield the ball
Keep the ball moving, dont stand still
