Each exercise lasts 4 minutes the complete the first activity 10 times.
Players are responsible for keeping the same ball throughout the excerise and must shoot and retrieve their ball.
players must shoot in the correct order as shown so e.g if 1 shoots over the goal they must get the ball and go back to the lin as soon as possible becuase if 2 through 6 have already left the group they must wait until 1 goes back and in order.
Teams can shoot faster as they want as long as their ball is being assigned in the correct order after a shot the player must quickly get their ball and get back and be ready for the next opportunity.
After 4 mintues the team with the most excersies or 10 more is awarded a win and teams rotate at different angles and diiferent cone.
The team who has the most win does not have to do push ups sprints etc.
drill 1 shoot the ball into the goal and the ball must be hit at the back of the goal in the air it should not bounce
drill 2 hit the crossbar
use different shooting techniques
focus on the aiming of the area of the goal
and good focus on leg strength
