In 6 v 6 - 1GK, 2 Def, 2 mid and 1CF.
5 zones
Z1 - red scoring zone - only red can enter when played into this area using offside line as zone line. Blue GK already in this area. Could be 1 or 2 touch finish. Smallish zone.
Z2 - red attack / blue def zone. Must have 1 red in this zone at all times. Chosen at start. Progress into rotated if can. Start with 2 blue def. Progress into 1 can enter mid section after pass or dribble ball in
Z3 - middle of pitch - start with 2 v 2 up to 5 v 5 in here. These players can go anywhere on pitch. Within rules of game I.e offside line - stay onside. Cant go deeper than own offside line.
Z4 - blue attack / red defend zone
Z5 - blue scoring zone
Progression / condition - when lose position, mid players must run round cone on line between their mid zone and defend zone before trying to win the ball back. Cone is to placed at both sides of the pitch so run is deep and wide.
Change of rules - 2 goals = ball played from mid zone into attacking zone then back into mid zone and then into scoring zone and player scores a goal = 2 goals.
Assistants - 2 needed to watch both offside lines and ensure attackers and defenders are in the correct zones.
Leaving the correct zone = penalty or free kick.
