The objective is to control the ball on the chest and bring the ball under control quickly.
Player 1 will run to the point where player 2 is throwing the ball. The must chest the ball and bring the ball down, then change direction to take the ball to the red cone.
Once at the red cone, they must shift the ball on to their favoured foot and take a shot. Add targets in to the goal to hit.
Practice this drill with either feet.
