Orange & Red work together to get the ball from one side of the box to the other. Blue team have to win possession as many times in a 2 minute period as possible.
The red team must not enter the box and can be closed down, but not tackled.
A red player cannot pass directly to the red player on the opposite side.
The blue team win a point every time they win possession.
After 2 minutes, the 3 teams swap roles.
