Set up as shown. Players have to stay in their own half.
3 blues have to pass into 2 blues in other half. Blues then score into goal. Whites do the same.
When team of 3 has the ball, the 2 players in other team try to win the ball back.
Progress by making both attackers need a touch before scoring.
Works on trying to play the forward pass if possible.
If you can't go forward, keep possession. Do not panic.
