- Sort it into two teams
- Teams will look to attack 'yellow zones' at either end by playing a pass into the zone for a player on their team to receive.
- Team defending that 'zone' cannot enter to intercept.
- Defending team then start from that end and try to score at other end.
PROGRESSION: When a team scores they then attack other end & defending team then defends the end they were attacking
- Look to pick a pass that's on rather than force it. If you force it and lose the ball it can make for an easy counter attack for the opposition.
- Give good options to the man on the ball. Don't watch the ball and stand still, try and see the bigger picture and get yourself into space to give a good angle for the man on the ball.
