Bearing in mind 3 months without football warm up to be gentle and then introduction to start of fitness training.
Warm up can be done in square with 3 clear groups and coaches leading as diagram. Fitness is likely to be best with 2 groups being coached and 3rd resting. 5 min sessions involving shuttle races, quick footwork square and a longer walk, run, sprint, walk, run sprint. That would give 20 mins fitness.
