DESCRIPTION

  1. continuous passes, coach shouts yellow player touches yellow and comes back same with red
  2. continuous passes, coach shouts yellow player runs touches yellow plays a pass back goes to the other side of yellow plays another pass then resets, same with red
  3. continuous passes, coach shouts yellow, player touches yellow plays pass back, goes round other side and receives pass then drives round the blue cone and passes back. same with red.
  4. continuous passes, coach shouts yellow player does exact same as above, once they've played the pass after the blue cone the player then bursts around the red to receive a pass from coach player then takes a touch and shot.. same with red
