DESCRIPTION

  • Sprint goal line to half way line 
  • Sprint 3 sides of goal area vs team mate 
  • Jog the perimitier of the half , players can drop at will but take down time each one drops until last player standing 
  • Sprints - one side for cones to the other , last place drops out each spring - repeat but fastest drops out.

COACHING POINTS

Ensure all runs are timed and tracked for future progress.
