DESCRIPTION

SET UP

Place balls in one corner and spread some flat cones around. 

OBJECTIVES

Players must choose a ball and dribble their ball to a cone. Then they do a big kick and chase their ball and squash it with their tummy while the ball is moving. Then then go again. 

COACHING POINTS

- Dribbling football

- Big Kick

- Coordination when squashing the ball with tummy
