Three targets goals are positioned 5 yards into the opposite half.
Balls are placed with the GK and by the side of the small goals ready for different re-start points.
Static start with players taking their positions from a directed point on the pitch - controlled by the coach. Ball is played to the GK and then play is live.
Conditions and Targets
Opposition team:
• Score in one of the three goals
• Must try to play through MF
• Try to switch the play
My team:
• Win ball in opponents half and attack
• 6 seconds to counter attack
