3v3 in centre area (Blue) 5 passes by blue then pass out to any outside 4, outside 4 players have to pass to each other corner, 3 blue players in center must remain why reds look to pressure and receieve the ball. Centre square can be use ad a pivet only two touch allowed.
When redss win possession or passes is lost restart play - switch players.

No blue area, still 3v3, once required passes are made then outside players can come into play, to encourage switching passes 1-2's are made to the corner players who have to switch the ball to an opposite corner, once the ball has been switched the ball player swaps with player from inside - ball is then played out by opposite corner to team players. Play resumes.
