Players are put into 2's and take a position in the circle. The players in red play the ball out simultaneously and the blues play it back in to them. Once this has been done, the blues move round the clock and the reds dribble into centre cone. They then repeat the process with the next player.
Players in blue, make sure they play the ball back appropriately to help the players in red.
Players in red, get head up, dribble into middle area (beware of other players).
Can players in the middle do a little turn? Swap sides.
