'The End Zone' This is drill design for the defenders to work on the transition between defending and attacking.
One team starts with the ball trying to stop the ball in the 'End Zone' to gain a point. Whilst the defending team is trying to stop them and win possession.
The transition is, when the attacking team has scored a point they automatically change to defending. Unless the defending team wins the ball without the attackers scoring, the transition happens.

The defending aspect can come from the 1v1 drill earlier, the defending team should be trying to restrict the space, cut off passing opportunities and work as a unit.
