Touch work - set up two small boxes 4 yards by four yards with pole across two middle yellow cones. In twos and facing each other, group must pass ball in to opposite box, but under middle pole. Player 1 controls within box and player two passes ball back through.
Points for each time ball is miscontrolled or ball leaves sqaure. Play as ladder system with team moving up after win. 1 minute games.
