This is best used for teams where the players are all relatively new to each other, but could be useful in other situations too.
The ball starts in the middle of 4 white cones and orange cones are set up as a start and finish goal area.
4 yellow cones are set up and numbers 1-4 (perhaps have as different colors if available.
2 players are put on green cones and will have the ball passed to them.
All red players are blindfolded and blue players are the guides.
The guides are not able to touch the player the are leading, and they are not allowed to give direct hints - ie, they cannot say "go forward 3 steps", instead the must say "follow my voice" or "control on your left foot"
The blue players should be encouraged to be positive and vocal. They should be guiding their team mate and giving them tips every step of the way
Encourage players to slow down, walk with the ball rather than run and concentrate on feeling the ball at their feet.
