3v3 in the middle with end players in each team if one team gets it to one of there end players then back to one of the 3 players in the middle and they get it to there other end player the other side then they get a goal for there team. you cant tackle the end players.
Coaching Points
movement in the middle end players must be on there toes ready to receive the ball, weight of pass, use the full pitch for space.
Progression - end players when receive the ball switch with person who passed it.
