Set up a 8m x 16m box with a half way line. 2 players at either end then 2 attackers and 2 defenders in the box. the attacker have to play through the box passing to the target players at each end.
Use width and depth to create space.
Support the player with the ball.
Look to recive with a open body off the back foot to play forward.
