1. create a rectangle with an end zone at each end.
2. in the middle area have a 3v3. In each end zone have 2 neutral players and 1 neutral player on each side.
3. the aim of the exercise is for 1 team to move the ball from end zone to end zone.
4. once a ball is played to an end zone, the 2 players must switch the ball. before playing the ball back into the area.
5. if a ball is played to the side neutral players the ball must be played back inside before hitting the end players.
Progressions:
Once the ball is played into the middle area, it cannot go back to the end zone it came from.
- can the midfield give good angles.
- can they receive the ball facing forward.
- can the defenders look beyond the #6
