The partcipants are required to stand at cone that is in a circle position. the partcipants are required to pass the ball around the circle while on taking 2 touches. the partcipants cant pass to the person beside so have to make a longer pass to another team mate.
Pass to team mates by using the inside of your foot for the ball to travel along the ground to your team mate.
when waiting to recieve a pass keep your body open by keeping your legs open and on your feet so that you have enough space to recieve the ball.
Communicate with team mates by saying their names so that they are aware that your going to pass to them so they get there body in good postion to recieve the ball.
