Set up on the 7 aside pitch bringing the touch line in to just inside the goal keepers area at each end with a goal either end. Have 2 teams of 6 with a goal keeper each. Start off playing out from the back through to the opposition keeper where you pass to him and he sets of the opposition back towards the other keeper. for the first 5 minutes no shots just a pass to the opposite keeper so he can set the play off again then progress into a game with shots.
