Set the players up in groups of 3s. Set up two lines of cones approximately 40yds apart. Have two of one team start at one line of cones and the reamining team member at the other line of cones.
One person works at a time. Player one dribbles the ball as fast as they can to their other team mate and passes them the ball. The player dribbling the ball stays at this line but player 2 does the same to player 3. Continue this for 3-5mins depending on the fitness of the players.
