10 Second Game

Very good interactive coaching drills.

DESCRIPTION

  • Mark out pitch.
  • Even numbers, bibs vs non bibs.
  • Bibs defend 1 black cone while non bibs defend other black cone.
  • The object is to get around the oppositions cone in UNDER 10 SECS.
  • If you dont make it in under 10 secs, the ball is transferred to the opposition.
  • Its all in, hops, solos etc.

COACHING POINTS

  • Stop the game after 2 minutes and ask them why they are not scoring.
  • The ball will move faster if they don't hop and solo.
  • First to ten is the winner.
