in each square players are working on a different skill for 1-2 mins. When players here the whistle they must go around the closest cone to them and back to the square.
With this set up as well you can perfrom 5v2 in each square and when the whistle is blown players must go to the square to the right of them.the last 2 players back are the ones that will go into the middle.
