Activation Activity designed to improve first touch and passing.
Area: 20 (L) x 20 (W)
Duration: 2 to 3 minutes per repetition
Players: 6-8 per grid
Each grid should be set up with a set of balls at the bottom cone. Players look to combine and pass to the end player who dribbles to the bottom cone. Examples of combination play include but are not limited to: double pass "man on" (red), wall pass "1-2" (blue), pass-pass-Cruyff, overlap "hold", or player's choice.
