Shuttle Sprints with pass backs

DESCRIPTION

Aim here is to add the ball to a basic fitness drill.

  • Players pair up along the grid with one ball between the two.
  • Player A (along the line) stays and passes ball to player B.
  • Player B receives the ball and passes back to player A.
  • Player B then turns and sprints to cone behind and repeats the pass back action.
  • Player B then turns and sprints again to the next cone and repeats the pass back action.
  • Continue till you reach the last cone and begin to do the same on the way back, getting closer to your partner.

Once this drill has been completed by Player B then swap roles.
