Mark out 20 x 20 grid with 4 mannequins & cones, randomly spread out. Ask the players to show you different movements without the ball using the mannequins and cones as interference. Call out different numbers (ie. 2,3,4) in which the players have to get into a group of that size. Use this period for dynamic stretches.
