Coach puts the ball in the middle and says one number, the player with that number advance to the ball (one red and one blue), the one getting first to the ball will try to score on the other net, the other player has to defend, if the defender recover the ball, he can try to score one the other net. The exercise only finishes when one of the players takes the shot.
