There will be 3 servers with 1 GK working.
Firstly, the GK will receive a pass from the middle server. The GK has 2 touches to pass the ball to a wide server.
Once the wide server has returned the ball to the GK, the GK will then have 2 touches to open out and give the ball to the opposite wide server. The GK will then receive the ball back from the wide server and pass the ball back to the middle server.
This pattern continues as the GK works for 1-2 minutes.
Each GK will work for 2 sets.
