Split the players in two teams. Put a goal at the endline 30m from the starting position. Create 2 stations to avoid any queues if necessary.
PROGRESSION
Player 1 with a ball in his hands. As soon as player makes a run towards him he has to throw the ball in the air for player 2 to make a directional control towards player 3. Player 2 passes to player 3 and overlpas him. Player 3 receives the ball with a good first touch and plays a pass to player 2s path to take a shot towards the goal. Players switch positions.
