Create a circle usind flat cones. Split the players in two teams. Place the players 3m from the circle. Create a second grid to avoid any queues.
PROGRESSION
Coach with a ball in his hands. One player inside the circle. Coach throws the ball in the air towards the player in the circle and at the same time he calls out a color (E.G BLUE). The blue player becomes the defender and he has to run to win the ball from the white player before he gets outside of the circle. The white player needs to make a good first touch and at the same time be aware of the player running to win the ball. His aim will be to receive the ball and run the opposite way from the defender.
