DESCRIPTION

1. Step to cone for one of the saves from previous set

2. Shift to outside cone 

   - Strong steep with outside foot to get weight back to neutral

3. a) low ball save to far post using the sweep technique

b) medium height ball using the same technique

c) repeat to near post

COACHING POINTS

16 min total.

2 minutes each set (alternate sides)

Make sure the shot is hard enough to force the sweep technique.

sweep technique used to get body horizontal or to the ground as quick as possible. 

keep body weight forward, engage core

get a low center of gravity using your legs
