Split players in two teams. Place two small goals at the endline. Place a ladder infront of each team. If a ladder is not available use cones.
PROGRESSION
On the coaches call players perform coordination ladder moves. As soon as they exit the ladder they need to sprint around the red cones. The first player to enter is the one to receive a pass from the coach. He needs to take a good first touch and use his speed to try and score a goal in each of the two posts. The second player aims to defend and win the ball from the attacker.
Advice player attacking to take advantage of the distance created from the defender and use their speed to score. First touch is crucial.
